Frankie replaced our entire AC unit earlier this year and even came out on a Sunday because he knew we had a newborn baby in the house. I contacted him the night before. Today he stopped by when I called him because our house wasn't cooling down. He saw that our internal system (coil) needs to be replaced, but he then told me that we can get by for the rest of this year. He suggested that we plan for the replacement next year sometime. I appreciate the honesty with which Frankie operates his business. He could have told me that I needed to replace the internal system now, and I wouldn't have known any better. Instead he helped fix the internal system so we can get through the year and gave us time to plan for this expense next year. That's top notch customer service. I'd refer them to anyone for sure!
